We are committed to protecting the privacy of all employees, staff, and authorized users who use this App for attendance marking, face verification, and workforce management.

The Application collects certain information strictly for attendance verification, security, and compliance. This includes:

• Basic Identification Data: Name, employee ID, phone number, and other information provided by your organization.
• Face Authentication Data: When you clock-in or clock-out, the App captures your face image for identity verification. We do not store raw face images beyond the requirement of the attendance event. Only encrypted representations may be used, as applicable.
• Location Data: Approximate or precise device location at the time of attendance, used only to verify you are at the authorized worksite or MMU vehicle.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and non-personal diagnostic data used to improve app performance.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

• To mark attendance (clock-in and clock-out).
• To verify identity using face authentication.
• To ensure attendance is taken from approved locations.
• To comply with operational, HR, or audit requirements of your organization.
• To improve app performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Location Usage

The App may access your device’s location only when you mark attendance. This ensures that attendance is valid and taken only from authorized sites.

Permissions Used

• INTERNET: To communicate securely with our servers.
• CAMERA: For face verification and document/photo capture.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: To validate attendance location.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: For uploading documents or reading saved images (if applicable).

The Application may use third-party libraries or services such as:

These services may collect information as per their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We take strict security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure transmission, and restricted access based on your employer’s authorization.

Data Retention

Children’s Privacy

This Application is intended for registered employees and authorized staff only. It is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Opt-Out & Data Deletion

You may uninstall the Application at any time. For deletion of your attendance or profile data, please contact your HR department or email us at support@m16labs.com. Data deletion may require approval from your organization.
